Our soaps are hand made with love and the best ingredients we can source.

It is possible, and has happened, that an ingredient can no longer be sourced for any reason and sometimes a replacement is not suitable.
If there is a problem with our soap products, we will honour either our full, no questions asked, money back guarantee or as per other agreement with the concerned client.

All other products are either under warranty or guarantee from the manufacturers and their respective terms will be honoured.
Each product will have it’s warranty or guarantee specified on its product page.

Return postal or courier fees are not covered by the money back guarantee on our soap or any other product that may need to be returned.

What is the return policy?

We offer a full, no questions asked, money back guarantee on our soap.

Every soap order is sent out with a sample of every soap in the order.
Before opening the bars you ordered, use the sample to test for any allergic reactions.

Return postal or courier fees are not covered by the money back guarantee on our soap or any other product that may need to be returned.

All other products bought will be evaluated as per the clients complaint.

 

How do we deliver your order?

In South Africa, the country is covered by either PostNet or Amarex.
In most cases we can get up to 5KG anywhere in the country for R99-00.
Some areas will take a bit longer to deliver, in most cases within 3 days. 

International orders still need to be checked and calculated when orders are received.
Most times we can arrange delivery for between 1KG and 5KG for R199-00 to just about any place in the world.

 

 

What payment options are available?

PayFast, South Africa’s premier payment gateway.
PayFast accepts credit cards and other payment options such as Instant EFT, Automatic Instant EFT, Debit Cards, BitCoin and MasterPass.

Payment Limits exist for all payment methods, your attention will be drawn to it should it happen.

In certain cases we offer cash deposit or EFT direct to our bank account, if this is required, we will provide you with the relevant information at that time. 

We will soon offer PayPal and other payment options.
